It’s been ages since I did a proper Boots or Superdrug haul so I may have gone a little overboard with these purchases. It’s all for the good of my blog and trying new things though, or at least that’s how I’m justifying it!
Eyes
I got the e.l.f. Undereye Setting Powder which I’ve been wanting to try for ages, a single gold shadow from MUA, the NYX Glitter Primer and six NYX Eyeliners as I’m trying to experiment with colour. I also picked the Freedom Duo Eyebrow Powder in the shade dark brown since I’ve had my eye on their brow palette and a new brow brush from e.l.f.
Eyeshadow Palettes
I picked up three- I Heart Chocolate Eyeshadow Palette Vice which is meant to be a dupe for the Two Faced palettes and two from Sleek- the All Night Long palette and limited edition Arabian Nights.
Lips
I definitely didn’t need a new lipstick but I ended up with six…oops. The L’Oreal Infallible Lip Paint in Hollywood Beige, MUA Lipstick in Coral Flush, Makeup Revolution Amazing Lipstick in Bliss, e.l.f. Velvet Matte Lipstick in Blushing Brown, NYX High Voltage Lipstick and Bourjois Colour Boost Lip Crayon in Red Sunshine. I can’t wait to try these out!
Face
I stocked up on face makeup too including the Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum Foundation and Bourjois Bronzer, MUA Cream Blusher, NYX Illuminating Powder which looks gorgeous along with the beautiful Sleek Solstice Highlighting Palette and two new primers- NYX Angel Veil and the e.l.f. Poreless Primer.
Skincare
I’m not as experimental when it comes to trying out new skincare so I didn’t get much in this category. I took advantage of the three-for-two offer on Soap & Glory, picking up a new facial scrub, deep heating mask and line filler along with an anti-blemish cleanser from the brand Good Things and Superdrug’s Micellar Oil Face Wipes.
I’m so excited to try all this out and no doubt these products will pop up in my upcoming blog posts!
Hope you enjoyed reading and let me know what you’ve treated yourself to recently! x
