Mini Haul: New Look & Superdrug

Mini hauls are my way of steering myself towards a no-buy without completely cutting off that beauty budget!

Freedom Pro Studio Brush Bath (£7, Superdrug)

This is the best thing that’s ever happened to my makeup brushes! I’ve been wanting to try the Beauty Blender Solid for ages now and had no idea those clever dupers at Tam Beauty had made this. It’s basically a bar of soap in a pot that you swirl your brush in and it looks as good as new!

Freedom Pro Studio Glycolic Radiance Toner (£6, Superdrug)

This is meant to be a dupe for the Pixi Glow Tonic, which at £14 a bottle it’d have to do something amazing to get me to part with my cash. I’m using up a Superdrug glycolic toner at the moment and then we’ll see how this compares!

Max Factor Colour Xpert Waterproof Liner in metallic lilac (can’t find it on the Superdrug website but is on Boots here)

I rarely do liquid eyeliner but I’m so bored of black. It’s been ages since I used one of these brush tip applicators but I adore this colour!

New Look Matte Lipstick in terracotta (£3.99, New Look)

This is my first venture into New Look makeup and I’m so impressed with this matte lipstick so far! Not only is the packaging a gorgeous rose gold tube, the shade terracotta is a beautiful nudey pink and it’s so long lasting!

New Look Setting Spray (£4.99. New Look)

I didn’t need a new setting spray but then nor did I need that lipstick and I’ve heard good things about this one. It doesn’t smell weird like my Makeup Revolution one so that’s always a bonus!
