What’s in my Travel Makeup Bag? Spring 2018

I haven’t done a travel makeup bag post since November. Well, I haven’t been anywhere since November and I’m back in the same lodge by the seaside that I visited. Here’s all the makeup and skincare accompanying me for the week:

Travel 02

  • Revolution Blush Palette Golden Sugar 2
  • The Body Shop All in One BB Cream
  • Rimmel Match Perfection Concealer
  • Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Powder
  • Maybelline Master Strobing Stick
  • Barry M Crushed Jewels shade Cloud Nine
  • Ciate Wonderwand Mascara mini
  • Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade
  • Maybelline Brow Precise Micro Pencil
  • Essence Make me Brow
  • PS…Velvet Matte Lip Crayon Uncovered
  • Urban Decay Vice Lipstick mini Violate
  • The Body Shop Matte Liquid Lips Tahiti Hisbiscus

It doesn’t seem like much and I’m already regretting the lack of foundation. But I’m only here five days and I don’t wear foundation every day anyway.  I’ve got my trusty Revolution blush palette which I nearly always travel with for versatility, a good selection of brow products, mini mascara and a few of my current favourite lip products.

Travel 01

  • Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser
  • Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream
  • Superdrug Vitamin C Skin Booster
  • Boots Essentials Cucumber Eye Gel
  • Freedom Pro Glycolic Radiance Toner
  • Nip + Fab Glycolic Cleansing Pads
  • Olay Hydration and Primer

I tried to keep skincare minimal but I didn’t want to part with my Vitamin C drops having just discovered them. I’ve got the Liz Earle hot cloth cleanser to try because it comes in a nifty travel bag, the CT cream which I don’t want to use because the full size is so expensive, the Freedom toner decanted in a mini spray bottle and the travel-sized Nip + Fab pads. I’ve also got emergency wipes and some micellar water. Obvs.

So that’s everything joining me on my travels this week. How do you think I did? Would you take more or fewer products? x
