I’m not convinced it’s really October. It doesn’t seem that long since I was planning last year’s Halloween blog posts but here we are with an introductory roundup to some of the best products available for your 2018 Halloween makeup.
Revolution SFX range (Available here or currently 3 for 2 at Superdrug here)
One of the cheapest brands I know for things like liquid latex and fake blood, Revolution also offer a number of palettes and lipsticks etc. that are perfect for perfecting your creative makeup for Halloween.
De’lanci Lip Palette (Currently £12.27, Amazon)
I have a review of this palette linked above if you want to see my full thoughts and swatches but I think this is really versatile for Halloween looks as you can use it as face paint and it’s much cheaper than an SFX face paint palette of this size if you do need a lot of colours.
Collection Glam Crystals (£2.99, Superdrug)
I only have the silver shade Glitz in my collection right now but these glitter liners are ideal for adding sparkle to any look. If you don’t wear glitter often or only want a touch of sparkle for your Halloween look, these are so affordable.
BH Cosmetics Eyelights (£7, Beauty Bay)
These are pretty similar to other liquid glitter shadows on the market like the ColourPop or Stila ones but they are probably the most affordable option if you’re in the UK like me and want those bright shades that drugstore brands don’t offer.
Only a brief post for today but I have more Halloween content planned! Let me know your essentials if you’re planning a spooky look this year! x
