It’s that time of year when everything is covered in glitter and the shops are stocking Christmas giftsets. These are probably intended to be purchased as gifts for your loved ones but, having not actually started my Christmas shopping yet this year, I managed to snag a gift for myself instead.
This is the L’Oreal Beauty Like a Boss giftset, which I picked up for the bargain price of £12.99 in my local Savers (a discount health and beauty store if you don’t have one near you).
I’ve since spotted this set in Boots with a £20 retail price so I’m sure I got a bargain!
The set comes with three items from L’Oreal’s makeup and skincare ranges.
L’Oreal Miss Baby Roll Mascara
I’ve tried this mascara before and it’s definitely one of the best. L’Oreal don’t really get mascara wrong, do they?
L’Oreal Micellar Water
This is the dry & sensitive variety which isn’t right for my skin type so not sure how I’ll get on with this but I have tried the normal one and I remember really liking it.
L’Oreal Pure Clay Detox Mask
I haven’t tried this particular mask but their pure clay range is really nice and I’m sure my skin will enjoy a detox.
Overall, I think this is a really nice gift or treat for yourself whether you love these products or just want to try them out. For the price I paid, it’s definitely worth it but the RRP is a touch too high IMO.

This is a cool set – I love the mask! I’m not actually a fan of this particular mascara which is such a shame! If they’d have put the Miss Manga in there I’d have been picking this set up ! x
