January always lasts 586877758 days but I used surprisingly few products in that time. I did film this for my YouTube channel below so check that out or keeping reading to find out what I used up and what I thought of everything!

Makeup

Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes Mascara

I really liked this mini mascara, it gave me those fluttery, feathery lashes and paired well with other mascaras.

Repurchase? I already have a limited edition version and I think another mini

Revolution Pro Skinny Brow Pencil

I’m not sure what shade as it doesn’t say anywhere on the packaging but whatever it was it was too warm for me. I’m not a big fan of skinny brow pencils because I need a lot of product to fill in the tail end of my brows but I get why people like them.

Repurchase?  No

ColourPop Creme Gel Liner Over Board

ColourPop sent me this by mistake- I think I actually ordered a different colour but I did like this shade and the formula is decent enough, I’m just not a huge fan of the packaging as the last bit of product fell out.

Repurchase? I think this is discontinued

Stila Smudge Stick Waterproof Eye Liner Lionfish

I didn’t actually finish this. Mine didn’t twist up properly and the product completely snapped off when I tried to fix it so I decided to just give up. I got this in the M&S advent calendar so no great loss but I wish I had been able to fully try it out!

Repurchase? Can’t really vote either way!

Skincare

Clinique Moisture Surge

This is my favourite moisturiser, particularly if my skin is feeling oily as it keeps me hydrated without making my skin greasy. I also like to dab it over makeup sometimes if I’m looking dry.

Repurchase? Yes when I’ve got through some other moisturisers

Tarte Maracuja C-brighter Eye Treatment

I always like eye creams when I first try them and then stop noticing what they do for me which is what happened with this mini. It was great at brightening at first but then I felt like my under eyes were looking dry after a while of using it.

Repurchase? Probably not

Nip + Fab Glycolic Fix Daily Cleansing Pads mini

This is the last mini pot of these I had in my stash and I think they’re okay for travel or testing the product out but they’re so tiny and expensive in comparison to the full size. I do love the full-size product though!

Repurchase? No

Peter Thomas Roth Cucumber Gel Mask

Not my favourite from the set of minis I got but it did the job of hydrating my skin, just not something I’m willing to splash the cash on for the £45 full size.

Repurchase? No

PS…Brightening Peach Frappe Masque

There was enough for two applications in this packet but I only used it once because I broke out and I couldn’t be sure that it wasn’t this causing it. It probably wasn’t but this is such a cheap mask, I didn’t bother taking the risk.

Repurchase? No

Bath & Body

Soap & Glory Bubbles in Paradise Refreshing Body Wash

I loved this body wash- it smelt really fresh and calming. The packaging is very summery which I don’t quite get but it was a nice product.

Repurchase? Yes when it’s on offer

The Body Shop Shea Body Scrub

I think I’ve used this variety before and it wasn’t my favourite then either. It leaves the skin with a greasy film type feeling that I don’t enjoy.

Sanctuary Spa Body Scrub x2

I got through two of these 50ml bottles without realising I even had two. I like this- it’s not my favourite scrub ever but it smells nice and does the job.

Repurchase? No, but would use again

Sanctuary Spa Foaming Bath Soak

I think I’ve used this before. It’s okay but nothing special and the packaging is really annoying for getting product out.

Baylis & Harding Rose Prosecco Fizz Body Wash

Another one from the Christmas giftsets. This was nice enough to use but I went through it very quickly.

Mitchum Deodorant

I haven’t used anything else since I discovered this. It keeps me sweat-free all day, which is what I want in a deodorant.

Nuxe Nuxuriance Ultra Luxurious Body Cream

This is from the M&S advent calendar. I really enjoyed this but probably not enough to splash out on a £46 full size!

Repurchase? No but would use again

thisworks deep sleep pillow spray

This is the first time I’ve tried this, though I have used other pillow sprays. I don’t like this enough to rush out and buy a full size but it was nice and relaxing to use.
