Project Pan: 19 in 2019 First Update

I first posted my project pan at the start of the year with 19 products I wanted to use up, or use more of in 2019. Now that we’re in April, I thought it was a good time to check in on how I’m doing so far. I haven’t taken any additional progress pictures but I can fill in you in with how I’ve done so far.

Watch the original video here:

#1 Illamasqua Hydra Veil Primer

I’m glad to report the first item on the list is gone! This primer featured in my last empties post

#2 BECCA Hydra Mist Set & Refresh Powder

This powder is also done with! I liked it but I was worried about it drying out/losing its cooling effect so I worked at this one to get it used.

#3 Clinique Pore Refining Solutions

This has been on its last legs for about a year now and I keep thinking it’s finally empty but then more product squeezes out. It’s not my fave product ever so I haven’t used it every day but I have been making good progress with this.

#4 Charlotte Tilbury The Magic Foundation

This is empty too, and another expensive product I wanted to get my use out of.

#5 Stila Magnificient Metals

This is one of my favourite liquid eyeshadows but I can tell it’s running out now. I’ve used it a couple of times this year but I don’t think it will last much longer.

#6 Cover FX Shimmer Veil

This is a more everyday liquid eyeshadow than the Stila one so I do get a lot of use out of this and can tell it’s starting to run low.

#7 The Body Shop Honey Bronzer

I recently put this back in my drawer to use something else but I was using it non-stop before so I’ve got a bit more pan showing at least.

#8 BECCA Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Opal

I haven’t really focused on this mini but there isn’t much product left so I don’t think it will take long once I do.

#9 Essence I Heart Colour Intensifying Base

I keep using this eye primer but it’s taking longer than expected because I don’t wear eyeshadow all that often. I can see that there’s not much product left though so I think this will end up in my empties soon.

#10 Soap & Glory Supercat Liner

I haven’t made a particular effort to use this because liquid liner isn’t really my thing but I have been reaching for it when I’ve needed a liner so I feel like I’ve got my use out of it now and I won’t be mad if it dries up.

#11 NYX Control Freak Brow Gel

I’ve used this on and off with other brow products and there’s still product inside but it’s looking gunky so I might toss it if it doesn’t run out soon.

#12 NYX Slip Tease in Lowkey

I have reached for this a couple of times but I think the formula is starting to go bad.

#13 Urban Decay Vice Lipstick minis

Most of these are scattered around various handbags so I haven’t made any effort to use them up yet.

#14 TonyMoly Banana Sleeping Pack

Another item I’m glad to have gone and I think the only skincare item from this list that I’ve been successful with.

#15 PS…Hot Cloth Cleanser

I’ve used this a few times but it still feels like there’s loads left. It’s not a cleanser I use every day though so I think I can make some progress if I focus on it more.

#16 PS…Dream Cream

I’ve been using this most nights so there isn’t too much left.

#17 Pixi T-Zone Mask

I haven’t used this much but I always enjoy its effects. It’s the only peel-off mask I have in my collection right now so I’m not in a hurry to use it but I’m happy to get more use of it.

#18 Skin79 Green Tea Purifying Mask

This was pretty much full so I’ve used it a few times and I actually really like what it does for my skin.

#19 Soap & Glory Smoothie Star Body Lotion

This stuff lasts forever! I’m terrible at remembering to use body lotions but I have been using this one when I do and it still looks barely touched so I think this will be along  term project.
