I’ve had a real kick on finishing up products that were nearly empty but I was still shocked at quite how much was in my empties box at the end of the month. Keep reading to find out what I used up and what I would repurchase.
Makeup

Lancome Prep & Hydrate
Sob. This is definitely a cut-up-the-tube situation. It sure is pricey but I love this primer. Read my full review linked above for more information
Repurchase? Yes
PS…Hydrate Primer
This is a nice hydrating base for £3. I think it is the same product as the vitamin primer they used to do. If you’re not a primer fan, it doesn’t do anything amazing for makeup but it does provide extra hydration and feels nice on my skin.
Repurchase? Yes
ColourPop No Filter Setting Powder
I’ve had this waiting to be finished up for so long. It’s a decent loose powder but there are others I prefer that are easier to get in the UK.
Repurchase? No
Ofra Rodeo Drive
There is a tiny bit of product left but it was becoming too difficult to use. Ofra highlights are really blinding and this is a pretty shade but I’m into a more subtle highlight at the moment.
Repurchase? Maybe
Stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick in Beso Shimmer
This mini has been my go-to festive shade for way longer than its shelf life and it’s a really unusual shimmer formula that I don’t have in my collection so I would consider picking up the full size when I’ve cleared out some more lip products.
Repurchase? Yes
Maybelline Brow Satin
This is one of my fave brow pencils even though I only use the pencil side and not really the powder.
Repurchase? Yes
PS…Brow Sketch
And for skinny brow pencils, this affordable option is also a fave.
Repurchase? Yes
NYX Faux Blacks Liner in Oxblood
The last bit of product has fallen out so I’ve declared this done. This is a gorgeous deep burgundy colour that I’ve got a lot of use out of from bloody halloween looks to mixing up everyday eye looks.
Repurchase? Yes
Skincare

La Roche Effaclar Duo SPF30
I used to like the original Effaclar Duo but there was something that didn’t seem right with this SPF version.
Repurchase? No
Clinique ID Moisturiser
This is the hydrating jelly moisturiser with the uneven skintone cartridge. I think this is such a cool idea but I’m not sure it was the right moisturiser combo for me.
Repurchase? No but would try another variety
M&S Formula Absolute Serum
This isn’t cheap but my skin really enjoys this serum. Plus the tall glass packaging looks super sleek in my skincare basket.
Repurchase? Yes
Revolution Skincare 5% Caffeine Solution HA
This is a case of me picking up a product I didn’t really need as I don’t really suffer with dark undereye circles. It was very hydrating and refreshing on the skin but I just don’t need it.
Repurchase? No
L’Oreal Pure Clay Glow Mask
I like these clay masks from L’Oreal and this is the first time I’ve tried the glow one. It was nice and maybe a little brightening but it had a kind of scrubby texture to it that was hard to remove.
Repurchase? Probably not
Glam Glow Thirstymud
This mask surprised me in texture as I expected it to be a clay type mud mask but it felt more like a cream. I don’t have very dry skin but this felt like a nice perk and intrigued me to try out other Glam Glow masks.
Repurchase? Maybe

Avon Anew Advanced Resurfacing Peel Acid Pads
This is the first glycolic acid product I tried and my skin used to love it but I’ve found glycolics don’t work for me as well anymore. I used these pads up mostly around spots to help prevent scarring.
Repurchase? No
Lancome Tonique Confort
I used up the full size of this hydrating toner not too long ago and it’s a really refreshing experience for my skin when I just need some comfort. When I use AHA/BHA toners or retionol, it’s nice to have a hydrating option too but this is expensive.
Repurchase? Probably
SVR Physiopure Micellar Water
This is the best micellar water ever and you need it.
Repurchase? Of course
Bath & body

Imperial Leather Moonlit Skies & White Cashmere Bath Soak
I loved the scent of this but it didn’t last long so I would love to pick up a larger size if they made one. The packaging was really good though and the bottle is recyclable so that’s a bonus.
Repurchase? Yes
Boots Baby Bath Bubbles
I’m pretty sure the people at Boots think I have a small child judging by my purchase history. I bought this because I thought the scent would be mild enough for my skin.
Repurchase? Yes
Radox Muscle Soak Bath Salts
Products like this aren’t normally that effective for me and this isn’t a miracle but I do find it soothing on achey muscles and it’s affordable.
Repurchase? Yes, already had a backup
PS…Love Tropics
I think Primark perfumes do the job for daytime use, especially since I’ve been at home a lot more than normal and haven’t really had much need for long lasting scents. I’m guessing this one is a dupe of something but I couldn’t tell you what.
Repurchase? Yes
Sanctuary Spa Body Wash
I recently used the full size of this body wash so I won’t go into detail about this mini but I do like Sanctuary bath products, I just never buy them for myself and always get them in giftsets.
Repurchase? No but would use again

Recycle count: 6 products here were in clearly recyclable packaging
That’s a lot of products you managed to go through! I personally really love PS products, they’re so affordable. I also like the colourpop powder but I found it to be way too small and I finished it very quickly.

Yeah a lot of these are things that didn’t take long to finish up. I think the Colourpop Powder is 9g or something? A lot of drugstore powders are around that 10g mark so I try and look at amounts now way more than I used to.

I actually love the L’oreal glow mask ahaha I’ve gone through idk 5-6 of them, I love the scrubby particles but I learned that the best way to put it on is with a foundation brush (classic petal brush) and remove it with a washcloth or in the shower. I also massage it both as soon as I put it on and when I remove it. I just run out of mine and I’m squirming to get it again ahahah I also really liked the Thirstymud one but it’s way too expensive and there are hydrating masks I like better. I don’t have dry skin either but I like to use an overnight hydrating maks in the winter a couple of times a week

Haha I also use a foindation brush to apply masks just because I don’t have a face mask brush 😂 I never tried massaging it in really, maybe that’s what I should have done. I always like Glam Glow masks but they’re so expensive!

Agree I had a kit with all their masks and the orange one is my favourite but yeah they are so pricey. I love their moisturiser to death though, I went through three of those
